Fall Colors for Health & Happiness

Last year we pressed apples and made a big batch of apple cider vinegar (ACV). Last month I pulled it out of dark storage, tasted it and reported to William, "It's fantastic!" Tangy, acidic and with a full apple flavor unlike much of the grocery store variety. You'll find our ACV dancing with some of our autumnal veggies in a Lake View Organic Farm special blend of "Fire Cider" - a fabulous potion for keeping your internal workings happy with good gut biome balance and antioxidants to keep you in tip top shape this winter.


HOW TO DRINK FIRE CIDER?


Fire Cider can be added (1 Tbs.) to water and sipped once or twice a day. That method is effective but not very delicious. Better is to blend it with Bloody Mary Mix as a non-alcoholic "mocktail," or make a drink with a bit of of honey, 1 Tbs. Fire Cider and top it with soda and a twist of lemon or lime. You can party with your friends and wake up feeling great the next day!
